CROSS COUNTRY APPRAISAL GROUP is conducting assessments in preparation of the 2010 TOWN WIDE REVALUATION. This is the third year of a five-year contract where 20% of the Town will be viewed annually. All CCAG personnel have ID badges and a letter from Town Hall.

2007 Tax Rate is $12.49, add $3.84 for Eidelweiss Property. 2007 Equalization Rate was 93.5%  Tax bills were mailed 11/16/07 with payment due by 12/17/07.
