The Town Clerk’s Office is open to receive filings Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The office will be open on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.

The Supervisors of the Checklist will meet on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 from 7:00pm – 7:30pm in the Lower Level of Madison Town Hall to make corrections to the checklist. Change in party registrations may be accepted.

Property Tax Abatement & Appeal Process:
An abatement is a request submitted to the local assessing officials to refund taxes paid based on physical description errors, damaged buildings during a tax year or differences in the opinion of value.

2024 Estimated (Second Issue) tax bills have been sent to the printer and are due date is December 19, 2024. The current amounts due are reflected in the tax kiosk.
